I started this layout months ago and finally finished it up with the addition of --- Prima flowers --- what else!?  I mean now that there is a little girl to scrap.... I can have full range on using flowers, and pink!

The papers are from Basic Grey's Porcelain collection from several seasons ago.  I loved these papers then and managed to use a little of it.  But now I am so glad I saved (i.e., hoarded) some of it so that I can use it with baby girl pictures!

These photos were from her first visit to a photographer....  we weren't too pleased with the lopsidedness (is that a word?) of the laundry basket photo---cute idea but executed poorly we thought.  Since then, her mommy has found another studio that does a truly wonderful job.

I added some sheer pink ribbon that I bought ions ago (and have no idea who makes it) and punched a border using the large embossed scallop border punch from EK.

The doily paper is cut into two pieces to be able to use one sheet on two pages and the alphas are also from Basic Grey (one of those smallish chipboard sets that I so covet of theirs!!).   I do love me some Basic Grey!

  2. Your layout is precious! The doily paper is so delicate and feminine. I love BasicGrey papers. I recently made a card from one of my older BasicGrey papers.
