Friday Favorites:
* open windows
* fresh, ripe cantaloupe
* my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher (love this!)
* color combo of soft sage greens, creamy white and brown
* McGill's blossom punches
I stole this directly from our friend Jenny. A tag like this takes the place of a bow on pretty gift packages. How pretty would this be on a gift box wrapped with plain brown postal wrap, tied with a simple wide white ribbon. No bow necessary! I'm also thinking a collection of different flowers (all in white) and all mounted on their own brown tags would look kind of cool framed together as a piece of art. So many ideas, so little time!
Now I won't lie, these fowers are kind of putzy to make. But I think if you just punch (and punch and punch some more) loads of petals and leaves and assemble while watching tv, it won't seem as overwhelming.
Wow this is just beautiful. Love the flower!
ReplyDeleteSo, so pretty!
